The site is available to all ages. Users under 13 must have parental consent to create an account. See our COPPA notice for details. Guests may use the site without an account.

3. Free access and accounts

All content is free. Accounts are optional and free. Accounts are required only to take tests, save scores, and bookmark favorites. We may add premium features in the future, but core educational content will remain free.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to: attempt to access other users' accounts or data; interfere with or overload our systems; scrape content for redistribution; submit false information; or engage in any illegal activity. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All original content on this site — explainers, worksheets, test questions, and guides — is copyright of scholarsandparents.com. You may print worksheets and use content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce or redistribute content commercially without written permission.

Curated external links point to third-party content; we do not own or reproduce that content.

6. Test scores and data

Test scores are computed server-side. We store scores anonymously after account deletion to maintain percentile accuracy for all users. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Advertising

We display advertising from curated, family-appropriate categories. Ads are always labeled “Advertisement.” No ads appear during active test or game sessions. Under-13 users do not receive behavioral ad targeting.
